Visiting from abroad

Treatment planned around your trip.

Many patients live abroad and visit Lebanon. Treatment can be prepared before you travel and arranged around your dates where it allows.

Can I have dental implants during a visit to Lebanon?

Often, but implant treatment usually needs a healing period between placing the implant and fitting the final teeth, so it may take two trips. The number of visits for your case is set out in your plan after an examination.

How it works

From first message to final visit.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

Call +961 3 092 762 or send a WhatsApp message with your travel dates and what you would like to discuss.

  2. 02

    Send what you have

Recent X-rays, scans, reports and smile photos help prepare a preliminary view. Please do not send records you are not comfortable sharing.

  3. 03

    A preliminary view

You get an idea of the likely options and the number of visits. It is not a diagnosis and cannot replace an examination.

  4. 04

    Examination in Lebanon

The plan is confirmed after an examination and imaging at the Beirut or Nabatieh clinic.

  5. 05

    Treatment around your dates

Appointments are arranged around your stay where the treatment allows. Some treatments need a second visit after healing.

Number of visits

What usually fits in one trip.

A guide only. Your own plan depends on your examination and on how healing goes.

Consultation and plan
One visit, with imaging where needed.
Veneers, crowns
Usually several appointments over a short period, as the restorations are made between visits.
Single implant
Placement in one trip. The final crown usually follows after healing, often on a second trip.
Full arch (All-on-6)
Implants and, where possible, a temporary fixed arch in one trip. The final arch after healing, on a later trip.

Before you travel

Start with a conversation.

Tell the clinic your travel dates and what you would like to discuss. A preliminary view is not a diagnosis, and it is never a substitute for an examination.

Questions

Questions from patients abroad

Can I start treatment planning before I travel?

Yes, to a point. A preliminary conversation by phone, with any recent X-rays or photos you can share, helps prepare. A final plan can only be confirmed after an examination in the clinic.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the treatment. Some treatments can be completed within one stay. Implant treatment usually needs a healing period between placement and the final teeth, which may mean two trips. Your plan sets out the visits before you book travel.

Can treatment be arranged around a short stay?

Where possible, yes. Tell the clinic your travel dates when you book, so appointments can be planned around them.

What records should I send in advance?

Any recent dental X-rays, scans or reports, a list of medicines and medical conditions, and photographs of your smile if you have them.

Who looks after me when I go home?

Follow-up is part of treatment. Ask how follow-up will work for your plan when it is agreed, including what can be reviewed before you travel. Your local dentist can also help with routine care.

Which clinic is better for visitors?

Either. The Beirut clinic in Hamra is open four days a week and the Nabatieh clinic two days, which may help when planning around travel.

Appointments are arranged by phone or through the request form, at either clinic. Sending a request does not commit you to anything.
