Who is responsible

This website belongs to the practice of Dr. Nour Khattab Badreddine, dental implantologist, with clinics in Hamra, Beirut and in Nabatieh. Questions about your information can be raised by calling 03 09 27 62.

What the appointment form collects

Your name, phone number, the clinic, day and time of day you prefer, an optional email address and an optional short message. Nothing else is asked for, and you are asked not to include medical records or detailed health information.

How it is used

• To contact you about your appointment request.
• If you give an email address, to send you a copy of your request.

Your details are not used for marketing, and they are not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The email service that delivers the request processes it only to deliver it.

Spam protection

The form uses hidden checks and limits how often it can be sent from one connection, to stop automated abuse. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it checks that a real person is sending the form.

Analytics

The site does not run analytics by default. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they count visits without cookies or personal information.

Maps and links

Clinic maps show a drawn preview. The live Google map loads only if you choose to show it, at which point Google's own privacy terms apply. Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long information is kept

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange your appointment and for the practice's normal records.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling 03 09 27 62.

Photographs

The clinical photographs on this website were taken at the practice and previously published by it. They show the mouth and teeth only.
